1. What can a user do in the portal?
As a user you are able to view your course(s), attempt the assessment and view your results. In addition you can view and edit your system profile.Top of page
2. How can I access my courses?
Your current course enrolments can be found on the menu bar under My Courses. The courses dashboard allows you to view courses, attempt the associated assessment and view your results.Top of page
3. How do I get my assessment certificate?
If you achieved the pass rate for the training assessment, you will receive an email with your certificate attached as a print quality PDF document; please retain the certificate for your records. You can also access your results via the My Courses or My Results menu bar options within the portal.Top of page
4. How do I reset my password?
If you experience problems logging on, or suspect your account may have been compromised you should change your password immediately. To do this use the reset password option on the home page. A new password will be generated and emailed to you. Please use your username (registered email address) and the new password to login to the system.
In most cases resetting the password will resolve the issue for you. It's also worth checking that CAPS lock has not been accidently enabled and noting that both the username (email address) and password are case sensitive when logging in.

5. What should I do if I encounter an issue with the training or system?

6. How do I submit feedback on either the training or system?
We always welcome feedback and there are several ways for you to provide it. From within the service you can select Contact from the menu bar and fill in the appropriate feedback or contact form or you can email: firstname.lastname@example.orgTop of page
