1. What can a user do in the portal?

As a user you are able to view your course(s), attempt the assessment and view your results. In addition you can view and edit your system profile.

2. How do I reset my password?

If you experience problems logging on, or suspect your account may have been compromised you should change your password immediately. To do this use the reset password option on the home page. A new password will be generated and emailed to you. Please use your username (registered email address) and the new password to login to the system. 

In most cases resetting the password will resolve the issue for you. It's also worth checking that CAPS lock has not been accidently enabled and noting that both the username (email address) and password are case sensitive when logging in. 

If you are still experiencing a problem then please raise it with your administrator who can assist you further.

3. What should I do if I encounter an issue with the training or system?

4. How do I submit feedback on either the training or system?

We always welcome feedback and there are several ways for you to provide it. From within the service you can select Contact from the menu bar and fill in the appropriate feedback or contact form or you can email: safex@safex-training.org
